Website Design - T&C's
Payment
Half the payment will be taken before I proceed to make your website, and then the other half to be paid just before I hand over the complete site to you. Any other services you use, for example logo design will be paid for as and when we use them.
Cancellation of services
Should you choose to cancel your website design at any point during the website build, you will be charged for work already completed. If you have booked my services and I have not started on your website and you wish to not continue, then please allow me 14 working days to refund you. If I need to cancel the website design due to outstanding circumstances, you will be fully refunded.
Termination of services
I reserve the right to suspend or terminate any of the services I provide at my sole discretion and without notice. This would be in extreme circumstances for example you are failing to send me the information I need in a timely manner, the content you are asking me to create is extreme/ and or dangerous.
PRIVACY POLICY
S2SWebDesign is committed to safeguarding your personal information:
- All website notes and emails are stored securely and are accessible only by S2SWebDesign.
- You can browse the website anonymously. Any personal data collected will only be used for the purposes stated.
- S2SWebDesign will never sell, rent, or distribute your information.
- All reasonable measures are taken to ensure data security, though S2SWebDesign is not liable for any accidental disclosures resulting from transmission errors.
