I had a fairly clear idea of how I wanted the site to look and I knew what content I wanted to have included but had no idea how to get the image in my head to translate into an actual website. Lisa was very patient with me and was able to skillfully create my ideas into visuals on a screen. It's quite overwhelming if you're new to this so having someone on your team who is able to explain things clearly, get things done timely and answer emails promptly was a god send.
